  • Do I have to complete the lessons within a specific time period?

    You will have access to the course for 60 days from the time you register. This course requires 25 hours to complete (including reading materials, quizzes, hands-on exercises).

  • How do I interact in an online course?

    There is the opportunity to interact with the instructor by typing your questions/comments in a designated area (right of screen) for every chapter. You will also be invited to join our private DDI Facebook Group for this course, which will allow you to communicate directly with the instructor, and other participants. We will also schedule online meetings with the instructor to give you the opportunity to ask questions and have discussions.

    As an add-on, you will have the opportunity to schedule a private 1-on-1 session with the instructor to review the course, discuss and plan cases, or talk about anything related to the program and procedure.

  • How and when do I receive my hands-on kit?
